Indemnification & Limitation of Liability:

This includes violating legal protection, malicious events, and unauthorized access to password-protected areas. You must compensate for loss, harm, destruction, vandalism, safeguard the company, tip verdicts, and cover judicial fees and expenditures. The Company will not be liable for any accident, death, hazardous event, damage, or hold up of any sort of its workers, employees, marketing staff, media members, and relevant authorities which is caused by either the usage of our website through the received information, or in case any party was recommended of such a possibility of damages. In no event shall our total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action including but not limited to negligence, arising from this agreement or your use of our website exceed the amount paid by you to BoxitPackages.com for the order or request.

Return and Refund Policy:

It is advised that customers notify BoxitPackages.com at sales@boxitpackages.com within three working days of receiving their order if the delivered products do not meet their requirements, and specifications, or are defective, as the company’s products and services are customized based on the requests of the client. Although there is no way to file a chargeback if the company is found to be at fault for the product’s malfunction, a complimentary reprint of the order will be given. The management team of Boxit Packages identified the flaw. For the order to be properly reprinted, full orders must be returned by the customer within 7 working days at their own expense. They must also include enough evidence of any product problems and digital photographs. Should the customer’s error persist and they desire a reimbursement, they must return the printed work to us; a chargeback will be issued following the deduction of the product’s setup and shipping expenses from the business.

Payment Order Placement, Cancellations:

The prices of products are in USD (U.S Dollars) on our website. Also, payment will be received in the same currency. The company starts working on your requested order if they have received the total amount due to you which includes taxes, shipping charges, etc via some authenticated payment source. Order placement involves sending the final product or service form to the company, with printing tasks sent to the press department. No changes are made to timing or design. Cancellations can be made within 4 hours after proof approval, costing 25$ and 5% of the total payment. Cancellations after 24 hours can cost the 50% of the total payment.

Design Orders:

Boxit Packages does not allow any refunds for design services orders. The customers have no choice but to cancel the order in case of design services and the total payment will be nonrefundable.

Sales Tax Policy:

Customers who order from within the state of IL have to pay sales tax too. the company needs to see your tax exemption certificate at the time of placing your order in case you are tax-exempt.

Customers Submitted Artwork/Files:

Our artwork designers use the provided artwork of the users from our website to create new designs. The company requires your artwork files in 300 dpi (dots per inch) in the final form and CMYK format. If you provide the files in other font sizes and not with CMYK format the company will not be considered responsible for printing blurred, exaggerated, or printing different than your demand. Customers are responsible for the printed work they order, and BoxitPackages.com is not responsible for lost orders. They must ensure the material is their property and the company can decline orders deemed unlawful or violate third-party rights. BoxitPackages.com does not print offensive, indecent, or abusive materials.

Proofs and Color Accuracy:

Order placement involves sending the company the final form of the product or services, either via electronic file or hard copy. Printing tasks are sent to the press department. Customers must update and examine proofs before agreeing, checking for errors in spacing, copy, layout, punctuation, and text. Electronic proofs don’t handle transparency or color improvements.

The customer is fully responsible for all that is contained in the final approved proof:

The color to be printed is produced from the submitted artwork file but it cannot be exactly like that color due to the built-in limitations of the printing processes as well as adjoining picture ink needs, the color accuracy cannot be guaranteed. When you place an order you agree to this drawback of the system. The employees are advised to try their best to provide the closest color but the company is not liable for color changes between expected and printed work. There will be no reprinting done for such color alterations which are there due to the system limitations. We are not responsible for the matching color, ink, or density on the printed products that you approved. However, the company guarantees color precision and matching if you order a hard proof from the company. This is to inform you that hard copy proof will cost you more otherwise.

No Liability for Errors:

Boxit Packages is not to be considered responsible if there are errors in the final printed product like Spelling and Grammar mistakes, Font Mistakes, Graphics punctuation, percolating marks, Erroneous fonts, Die lines, cropping marks, Cracks in folds, Overprinting errors, Differences in finished product size.

All Packaging Material is shipped Flat and Pre-assembled

Gang printing:

Our company doesn’t use the combined or gang printing technique for the majority of the printing products. According to the printing requirements of the company and customers, the company can use any printing technique that is well-suited to them.

Overruns Underruns:

The company normally delivers the exact amount of products ordered along with an extra amount. This extra amount of the product delivered is free of charge. In case fewer products are Underrunsdelivered or underrun, the company will just deduct the amount of the delivered products. The company walks behind the general rule of delivering 5% extra or less quantity of delivered products.

Production Speed, Shipping, and Delivery of Orders:

After paying and providing artwork or files, the production speed and printing turnaround time begin. You can select the production speed on the website. Orders must be sent before 10 am CT. BoxitPackages.com is not liable for shipping delays or delays caused by weather or customs issues. If a printing issue occurs, charges will be refunded, but orders aren’t canceled due to delays. You decide to bill the entire amount in terms of customs duties and fees when shipped to respective locations. As a customer, it is your duty to clear amounts of customs for shipping the products outside the USA. The company provides 10 to 12 days for shipping the product while 6-8 days for accelerated shipping (with 2-3 days for ground shipping) to any location within the USA having no weight and quantity limit. Shipping to the extra locations will cost you extra charges. The company is not responsible for the delivery transportation timings, and loss or damage which is done during the shipping. Legally the company is not to be blamed for any loss in shipping. Although this type of incident can be brought to our attention 6 working days after the shipment If you provide us incorrect shipment delivery address or otherwise make an error in the submission of the complete delivery address, we will charge additional shipping and handling charges for re-shipment.

Changes to our Website and Terms and Conditions:

Boxit Packages has the authority to change any section of our website or Terms and Conditions at any time with or without notice to the customers of BoxitPackages.com. The new changes will be in effect as they become the part of terms and conditions of our website. If you keep using the website after new changes to the terms, it will be considered as your agreement to the new changes.
