Boxit Packages is owned and operated by Sellcon Group LLC, a company based in Austin, Texas (“Boxit Packages,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). “You” or “Customer” means any person or business that visits the Website, requests a quote, or places an order.

Please read these Terms carefully. By browsing the Website, submitting a quote request, uploading artwork, or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Return Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or our services.

1. About Our Services

Boxit Packages designs, prints, and manufactures custom packaging for businesses and individuals across the United States. Our range includes custom printed boxes, rigid boxes, corrugated mailers, kraft boxes, display boxes, paper and non-woven bags, labels, stickers, inserts, and related packaging products. We also provide design assistance, 3D mockups, and structural recommendations.

Because every item we produce is made to your specifications, our products are considered custom goods. This affects how pricing, cancellations, and returns work, as explained below.

2. Eligibility and Acceptance

To place an order, you must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract. If you are ordering on behalf of a company or organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf, and that the business will be responsible for the order.

3. Quotes and Pricing

All pricing for custom packaging is provided through a quote. Prices depend on dimensions, quantity, material, printing method, number of colors, finishes, add-ons, and turnaround time.

A quote is an estimate based on the information you provide. If your final specifications, artwork, or quantity change, the price may be revised before production begins.
Quotes remain valid for [30] days from the date issued unless stated otherwise. After that, pricing may change due to material or production costs.
Promotional offers, including advertised bulk-order discounts, apply only to qualifying orders, cannot be combined unless we confirm otherwise in writing, and may be changed or withdrawn at any time.
All prices are shown and charged in U.S. Dollars (USD).
Any obvious pricing or typographical error on the Website or in a quote does not bind us, and we will contact you to correct it before proceeding.

4. Minimum Order Quantity

Our standard minimum order quantity is 100 units per design unless a specific product page or quote states otherwise. Certain materials, structures, or specialty finishes may require higher minimums, which will be communicated in your quote.

5. Placing an Order

An order is confirmed only when all of the following have happened: you have accepted the quote, you have approved the final proof, and we have received payment as agreed. Submitting a quote request does not create a binding order.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion, including where we suspect fraud, where the content may be unlawful or infringing, or where we are unable to produce the item to an acceptable standard. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund the amount paid for work not yet performed.

6. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, full payment is required before your order enters production. We accept the payment methods displayed on the Website or listed on your invoice.

You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. If a payment is declined, reversed, or disputed without valid reason, we may pause or cancel production and recover any costs already incurred. Customers who initiate chargebacks for orders delivered as approved may be held responsible for associated fees.

7. Artwork and File Requirements

To achieve the best print results, artwork should meet the following guidelines:

Files should be supplied in print-ready formats such as PDF, AI, PSD, or EPS. Image files (PNG, JPG) are accepted for reference or simple designs.
Images should be at least 300 DPI at final print size.
Designs should be set up in CMYK color mode. Pantone (PMS) colors must be specified if exact spot colors are required.
Text should be converted to outlines, and bleed and safe zones should follow the dieline we provide.

If you supply files that do not meet these standards, we will try to flag obvious issues, but we cannot be held responsible for blurry, pixelated, or color-shifted results caused by the original files. You are responsible for keeping backup copies of all artwork you send us.

8. Free Design Support and 3D Mockups

We offer complimentary design assistance and 3D mockups to help you visualize your packaging. Design support covers reasonable layout, dieline setup, and adjustments to your supplied content. Complex original design work, extensive revisions beyond [3] rounds, or brand identity creation may be quoted separately.

Mockups are digital representations only. Screen displays vary, so colors, textures, and finishes shown in a mockup may not exactly match the physical product.

9. Proof Approval

No order goes into production without your written approval of the final proof. Before approving, please check every detail carefully, including spelling, grammar, dimensions, barcodes, legal or regulatory text, logo placement, colors, and the dieline.

Once you approve a proof, you accept full responsibility for its contents. We are not liable for errors that were present in the approved proof. Production timelines begin only after approval, so delays in reviewing proofs will delay delivery.

10. Color Accuracy and Production Variations

Printing is a physical process, and some variation is normal. Colors may differ slightly between your screen, a digital proof, and the finished product, and between different materials and print runs. Coatings and laminations such as matte, gloss, or soft-touch can also change how colors appear.

We work to match your colors as closely as possible, but minor variations in shade, density, cutting, folding, or registration that fall within standard industry tolerances are not considered defects. If exact color matching is critical, please request a physical pre-production sample, which may involve an additional fee and extend your timeline.

11. Quantity Variances

Due to the nature of custom manufacturing, the delivered quantity may vary by up to [±5%] from the ordered amount. Small overruns are provided at no additional charge. In the event of a shortfall beyond this tolerance, we will credit or refund the difference for the missing units.

12. Production Time and Turnaround

Our standard production and delivery timeframe is typically 6 to 8 business days from the date of final proof approval and payment confirmation. Rush and extended turnaround options may be available depending on the order, as listed on the quote.

All timeframes are estimates. Complex structures, specialty materials, large volumes, custom inserts, or premium finishes may require additional time, which we will communicate in advance. Business days exclude weekends and U.S. federal holidays.

13. Shipping and Delivery

We offer free standard shipping to a single delivery address within the contiguous United States unless your quote states otherwise. Shipping to multiple locations, remote areas, Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations may carry additional charges.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. If a shipment is returned or redirected because of an incorrect address, re-shipping costs will be charged to you.
Once an order is handed to the carrier, delivery times depend on the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other events beyond our control, though we will assist you in tracking and resolving issues.
Please inspect your shipment upon arrival. Visible damage to the outer cartons should be noted with the carrier and reported to us with photos within [48 hours] of delivery.
For international orders, the recipient is responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and clearance requirements.

14. Order Changes and Cancellations

Because each order is made to your specifications, changes and cancellations are handled as follows:

Before proof approval: You may change or cancel your order at no charge, except for any completed custom design work quoted separately.
After proof approval but before production starts: Cancellation may carry a fee of [15%] of the order total to cover prepress, plate, and material preparation costs.
After production has started: Orders cannot be cancelled or changed. If we agree to stop production at your request, you will be charged for materials and work already completed, up to the full order value.

Changes to artwork, quantity, or specifications after approval may require a new proof, a revised quote, and a new production timeline.

15. Returns, Reprints, and Refunds

Since our products are custom made for your brand, they cannot be resold, and we do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect specifications you approved.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or does not match the approved proof because of an error on our part, please contact us within [5] business days of delivery. To support your claim, include your order number, clear photos or videos of the issue, and a description of the problem. We may request that samples or the affected units be returned for inspection.

If we confirm the issue was caused by us, we will, at our discretion, reprint the affected items at no cost or issue a partial or full refund for those items. Our liability for a defective order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. Rush fees, design fees, and sample fees are non-refundable. For full details, please see our Return Policy.

16. Your Content and Intellectual Property Responsibilities

By uploading or submitting any logo, artwork, image, text, trademark, or other content (“Customer Content”), you confirm that you own it or have obtained all necessary rights and permissions to reproduce it on packaging.

You grant Boxit Packages a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and modify your Customer Content solely to prepare proofs, produce, and deliver your order.

We will refuse any order containing content that we believe infringes the rights of others, or that is unlawful, obscene, hateful, defamatory, or otherwise inappropriate. We are not obligated to review Customer Content for legal compliance, and responsibility for it rests entirely with you.

17. Regulated Products

Some of our packaging is used for products that are subject to specific laws, such as CBD, hemp, cannabis, vape, tobacco, food, cosmetics, supplements, and ammunition. We manufacture packaging only; we do not provide legal or regulatory advice.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your packaging, including warning labels, ingredient lists, child-resistant features, nutrition facts, and any required disclosures, complies with all federal, state, and local laws that apply to your product and market. We are not liable for any fines, recalls, or penalties arising from non-compliant packaging content or use.

18. Use of Samples and Portfolio

Unless you ask us in writing not to, we may photograph finished packaging we produce and use those images in our portfolio, Website, social media, or marketing materials. We will never disclose confidential business information. If your project is under a confidentiality agreement or not yet publicly launched, simply let us know before production and we will respect your request.

19. Website Content and Our Intellectual Property

All content on the Website, including text, product descriptions, photographs, graphics, logos, icons, dieline templates, and page layouts, is owned by or licensed to Sellcon Group LLC and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial reference only.

You may not copy, reproduce, scrape, republish, modify, or distribute any Website content without our prior written permission. Dielines, structural designs, and mockups we create remain our property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

20. Acceptable Use of the Website

When using the Website, you agree not to:

Provide false, misleading, or incomplete information in quote requests, reviews, or orders.
Upload files containing viruses, malware, or harmful code.
Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access or collect data from the Website.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or interfere with the Website’s operation.
Submit fake reviews or impersonate another person or business.
Use the Website for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.

We may suspend or block access to anyone who violates these rules.

21. Customer Reviews and Communications

Reviews, testimonials, and feedback you submit must be honest and based on your genuine experience. By submitting a review, you allow us to display it on the Website and in our marketing. We may remove reviews that contain offensive language, personal information, spam, or false claims.

By submitting your contact details, you agree that we may contact you by email, phone, or WhatsApp about your quote, order, and related services. You can opt out of marketing messages at any time.

Product descriptions about durability, protection, or sustainability describe general material properties and are not a guarantee of performance for every product, storage condition, or shipping scenario.

25. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Boxit Packages, Sellcon Group LLC, and their owners, employees, partners, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost sales, business interruption, or damage to your products, arising from your use of the Website or our products and services.

Our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that specific order. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

26. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Boxit Packages, Sellcon Group LLC, and their owners, employees, and partners from any claims, losses, damages, penalties, and legal fees arising from:

Your Customer Content, including any claim of copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property infringement.
The regulatory compliance of your packaging or the products placed inside it.
Your breach of these Terms or violation of any law.
Any misuse of the Website or your account.

27. Events Beyond Our Control

We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Examples include natural disasters, severe weather, pandemics, strikes, supply chain or material shortages, power or internet outages, carrier disruptions, government actions, or equipment breakdowns. We will keep you informed and work to resume production as quickly as possible.

28. Sales Tax

Where required by law, applicable sales tax will be added to your invoice, including on orders delivered within Texas. If your business is tax-exempt, please send a valid exemption or resale certificate before your order is invoiced.

29. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If a dispute arises, we encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve it informally. If the matter cannot be resolved within [30] days, it will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas, and both parties consent to that jurisdiction.

30. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the rest will remain in full effect. These Terms, together with your accepted quote, approved proof, Privacy Policy, and Return Policy, form the entire agreement between you and Boxit Packages regarding your use of the Website and our services. If a signed written agreement between us conflicts with these Terms, the signed agreement will control.

31. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, policies, or legal requirements. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last Updated” date. Orders placed before a change will be governed by the Terms in effect at the time of the order. Your continued use of the Website after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

Your homepage also says artwork files can be 20–30 MB while the quote form limits uploads to 5 MB, so you may want to align those. Finally, your site lists business hours as EST while you are based in Austin (Central Time), so confirm which time zone you want customers to rely on.
