First of all, start by understanding the “Outside Spread” which comprises panels that the user sees before they fully engage with the content. It has three parts:

Unlike the C-Fold, all the Z-fold panels are the same width. In this accordion style, both the front and the back panels are visible depending on how it’s held.
The Gate Fold
The gate fold brochures are slightly different from the traditional C and Z-style pamphlets. Because it does not have the three-column trifold of similar size. Instead, two smaller side panels meet in the middle to cover a large center panel. Although a gate fold brochure uses the same amount of paper, it gives a premium feel and looks custom than a standard fold.
