It is advised that customers notify BoxitPackages.com at sales@boxitpackages.com within three working days of receiving their order if the delivered products do not meet their requirements and specifications, or are defective, as the company's products and services are customized based on the requests of the client. Although there is no way to file a chargeback if the company is found at fault for the product's malfunction, a complimentary order reprint will be given.
The management team of Boxit Packages identified the flaw. For the order to be appropriately reprinted, full orders must be returned by the customer within 7 working days at their own expense. They must also include enough evidence of any product problems and digital photographs. Should the customer's error persist and they desire a reimbursement, they must return the printed work to us; a chargeback will be issued following the deduction of the product's setup and shipping expenses from the business.
